We are happy you decided on staying with us for the next three months. Now here is some important information about your stay. 

This quiet Baltimore County, Maryland National Historic District boasts a friendly walking environment granting its residents the luxury of walking less than a mile to local retail stores, restaurants, coffee shops and public transportation. This family friendly neighborhood welcomes you!

The two LG Smart TV’s are enabled with LG Channels. Local channels can be accessed using the antenna.

If you have a streaming services you may add them to the TV’s during your stay.

Trash and Recycling

Rodgers Forge is a recycling community. Please separate your waste in two containers. Recycling and non-recycling. To view approved recycling items please click here

Recycling

The kitchen houses the inside recycling bin for the property. Please rinse out recycling items before putting them in the bin. A provided labeled recycling can is located in the back yard. The city picks up recycling on Mondays usually in the morning. All cans with lids must be placed outside the gate for pick up. Cans and lids must be put back in the yard behind the gate by Tuesday morning.

Trash

There are trash bins throughout the inside of the property. All trash bins must always contain a liner. Two provided trash cans are in the backyard. Trash is picked up by the city on Thursdays. All trash must be in secured bags and placed inside each outside trash can. All cans must be placed outside the gate for pick up on trash day. Cans must be put back in the yard behind the gate by Friday morning.

Toilets and Plumbing

Please take care to dispose of appropriate waste in the specific receptacles. Items that can not be flushed down the toilet or put down a drain:

Feminine products including sanitary napkins, tampons, paper towels, baby wipes, cleaning wipes, wet wipes and flushable wipes. Even though these products suggest they are flushable, they do not meet the city’s code for appropriate flushable materials. Additional items not appropriate for flushing or pouring down a drain include cooking grease, Q-tips, cotton balls, dental plackers and dental floss.

Parking

The homeowner’s association allows parking on the street. No alley parking is permitted. 

Non-Smoking

This is a nonsmoking property. No smoking or vaping of any kind is permitted inside the premises.

Departure Procedures

Remove all personal belongings, take out the trash and replace all items back in their original locations.Broom sweep or vacuum the property. 

Set thermometer to 75 degrees  in the spring and summer months and 65 degrees in the fall and winter months.

Remember to delete your user name and passwords for your streaming services from the TV's.
