Welcome to your home away from home; a furnished three bedroom two bath townhouse in quiet Rogers Forge community 0.8 miles from Towson University. Two roommates share a bathroom upstairs and one roommate has a  bathroom in the lower level. One upstairs furnished bedroom  is available for immediate rental.  Each bedroom is equipped with a queen size bed, night stand, dresser, ceiling fan and blackout curtains.  Laundry (washer and dryer) is located in the lower level. 

Rent is $750 a month which includes wi-fi. Utilities are split among the three roommates. An application is required for tenant screening which includes a $57.00 fee. Students with no credit history or poor credit history may need a co-signer.  Refundable security deposit of $500, non- refundable $150 cleaning fee and  non-refundable $50 water fee is required with the signing of the lease.
